Hyper or Deep Connection

I am very good at multitasking It’s actually pretty bad, It would distract me in a lot of ways and I wouldn’t be able to focus anymore because it’s just too hard for me. I would consider myself as “Hyper attention” because I can do a lot of things at once and it does take a lot of practice.

Deep attention is something that is hard for me to do, it is define as people who can do homework and still be able to focus and get things done. I admit I try to succeed this but the next thing you know it I pick up my phone and sometimes I don’t realize that I’m on it for a long time. I respect people that are deep attention because I can’t do that, my brain needs something to do rather then focusing in one thing. For example, being able to focus and do things one at a time without any distraction of checking your phone or any gadget is deep attention. People that are deep attention can get use to being like this because they’ve set up a plan for themselves and they got used to it. Many things can distract you but deep attention is strongly a focus person without any kind of distractions there is.

Hyper attention is someone that is just like me, people who can’t do things one at a time without any other kind of distraction and not being able to focus in only one thing. Social media is a big thing for them because they can’t go a day without any other kind of connection with others. The enormous volume of connection is always involved in the internet and you can’t get away from it even though as much as you try. I can also define it as doing some of your homework while you’re still connecting to social media in any way.  Their connection to social media is highly strong, anything you do they would still be a hyper attention because the brain got used to being programmed that way.

Since I am a hyper connection I would have to set 3 ways to stop being distracted, I would have to force myself to finish things that I need to get done before I involve myself into the social media. I probably will fail many times but the other way would be to put my phone far away from me so it wouldn’t get in the way of my homework. Breaking these habits can help me in so many ways because I would get things done on time and still be able to connect in the internet.

Brain plasticity is a term that refers to the brains ability to change as a result of experience. These changes can occur as a result of learning new things or because of damage to the brain. My brain is always changing and I think brain plasticity is important because the brain is having sets of any goals that you have and I am super blessed by that. Having set of goals in your life is great because it means that your brain is working.
